For the above consideration, Gilbert sells to Bloxom one certain tract of land of 660 acres in C on the south side of Seneca Cr, together with the mills thereon, and bounded by the line where Henry Snow now lives, the top of a ridge, Peter Hairston, Thos Gilbert, the Sawmill Race, a fixed stone on the east side of the Race, Mill pond above the Saw Mill.
